The international EcoVadis assessment covers four core areas: the environment, labour and human rights, business ethics, and sustainable procurement.
Assessing an organisation takes more than describing ongoing initiatives or holding approved policies and procedures. A company has to prove that sustainability is managed systematically: clear qualitative and quantitative targets are set, key performance indicators (KPIs) are monitored, results are analysed and progress is pursued consistently. All of this must be backed by documentation, audit results and certificates issued by independent bodies.
The EcoVadis Bronze rating awarded to HI-LABS confirms that our sustainability practices are not merely declared, but genuinely implemented and measurable. The rating means that HI-LABS ranks among the top 35% of the world's companies assessed for sustainability.
